Enjoy an intimate evening featuring a four-course degustation menu with matching wines, a complimentary beer or wine on arrival, and live entertainment by Brad Lockwood — the perfect soundtrack to a night of love, laughter, and waterfront vibes.
THE MENU:
Course One: A selection of three oyster shots served with caviar or Sesame-seared tuna tataki with wakame salad, coriander and ginger ponzu
Course Two: Roasted garlic and butternut squash soup with toasted pine nuts, crispy leek, garlic croutons and chives or Australian Wagyu meatballs with tomato concassé, rocket salad and grated Grana Padano
Course Three: Australian rack of lamb with pea purée, cumin-roasted heirloom carrots and confit tomato, finished with thyme jus or Maple-glazed suckling pork rack with parsnip purée, roasted mushrooms, cabbage and edamame bean mix, served with pineapple reduction
Course Four: Classic French crêpes Suzette with vanilla bean gelato or Warm chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream, cookie crumb and berry salsa
