🍽️ Position Vacant: Senior Bistro Front of House (Permanent Part-Time)
Woolley’s Bistro at Club Bombala is looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Front of House team member to join our team!
🕔 Hours: Thursday to Sunday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm
(Sundays finish at 8:30pm)
About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing front of house operations in our busy bistro.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating the till and handling transactions
• Providing excellent front of house and table service
• Supervising and supporting junior staff
• Liaising with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Additional Duties May Include:
• Wait service across the main bar, bistro, and functions (including auditorium events)
• Assisting with kitchen hand duties when required
• Setting up and clearing function spaces
• Taking phone orders and managing bookings
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally
About You:
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous hospitality experience (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills with a team-focused attitude
• Flexible and willing to assist across multiple areas
