Farewell Maddie after 3 wonderful years – wishing her all the best as she heads off to uni!

Today we farewell Madalena (Maddie) as she finishes up with us at Club Evans πŸ’™

Maddie has been a valued part of our team for over 3 years, always greeting members with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Her hard work, reliability and friendly nature have made a lasting impact on both our staff and members alike.

As she heads off to University to begin an exciting new chapter, we couldn’t be prouder. While we’ll certainly miss seeing her around the club, we know she has an incredibly bright future ahead of her.

Please join us in wishing Maddie all the very best in her studies and everything that comes next. Once part of the Club Evans family, always part of the Club Evans family πŸ’«

Good luck Maddie β€” we’re cheering you on every step of the way! πŸŽ“βœ¨

Congrats to Sandy Crestani for being our lone winner – the ladies fought hard & will be back stronger!

Another tough day today for our Bronze 1 Pennant team, playing at Kareela against The Coast. The team were all fired up, ready to get out there looking for our first win, but slowly hope diminished as The Coast ladies got the better of us. Congratulations to Sandy Crestani, our lone winner today.
The team were still rewarded with a delicious lunch and refreshments, and it s always great to catch up with all the lovely ladies from the other clubs.

Congrats to Riley Murray on taking out the stableford w/ an amazing 44 points β›³ The juniors are on fire!

Massive thanks to Kempys Concreting for sponsoring our stableford event this weekend. We had our biggest field for the year so far with some very generous prizes handed out for the day so thank you Kempy

Last week we had our oldest member win, this week the winner of a $100 meat tray was our youngest member, one of our aspiring juniors – Riley Murray with an amazing 44 points! Word on the street is he plays alot better without his dad in his ear… Well done Riley, its so good to see our juniors out on the course having fun, and even better when you can beat your dad too

Runner up and a $100 meat tray went to Bernie Parker on 39 points on a count back from our greenkeeper Nathan Anderson. Bernie has been a long time sponsor and supporter of our club aswell, its good to see him scoring well, im sure a few refreshments were had last night to celebrate as well

$50 nearest to pin voucher went to Maryanne Fitzgerald on the 16th hole at 1.36m and yes she sunk it for a birdie

$50 longest drive on the 9th went to Jeanette Elliott who also chipped in on the same hole for an Eagle

Well done to all our golfers today, its great to see our fields growing each week and seeing visitors from other clubs out there playing too. Next Saturday we have the Harden Red Devils 3 person Ambrose – call
