Triples knockout 🏆 Hayes, McCafferty & Williams won the H Blacklock Memorial Trophy – well done!

🏆The Wynnum RSL Indoor Bowls Club has completed the first triples knockout competition of 2026 with the team of Michael Hayes, Tom (Trigger) McCafferty, and Maurice Williams being the victors and the winners of the H Blacklock Memorial Trophy. 👏

The H Blacklock perpetual trophy is a memorial to Hugh Blacklock, a WW2 veteran and long-term member of the Wynnum RSL Indoor Bowls Club.

They beat the team of Alan Snow, Ian Reid, and Graeme Bell in the final.

There’s nothing better than great company, plenty of laughs, and a delicious bite to eat after a round on the course. These ladies bring the sunshine with them!
