With 5.5 years at the Dubbo RSL Club Group, Ashim leads our culinary teams with a passion for great food, innovation and bringing people together through memorable dining experiences.
💬 What does he love most about his job? Creating ideas people love and seeing his team bring them to life!
From watching Sunset Bistro grow into the successful operation it is today to celebrating the achievements of his team, Ashim takes great pride in what they have accomplished together.
His go-to meal? A medium-rare scotch fillet steak with chips, salad and mushroom sauce!
👀 Something you might not know: Ashim’s role goes beyond the kitchen. He oversees multiple kitchens across our venues, supports his teams, develops menus and ensures consistently great food.
🔄 If he could swap roles for a day? He’d trade places with Gaming Manager Daniel to experience the gaming operations firsthand — and give Daniel a turn on the grill!
