The 2024-25 Women’s State Pennant Finals were hosted at Figtree Sports, Woonona Bowling & Recreation Club and Wiseman Park Wollongong City Bowling Club in the Wollongong Region on 11–13 March 2025. The Women’s State Pennant Finals is one of the highlights on the Bowls NSW calendar, bringing together over 600 competitors representing clubs spanning all areas of New South Wales 🙌🏻
Clubs will compete across four divisions, all vying for a coveted State Pennant title. The Leeton and District Women Division 4 made it through to the quarter finals at the state pennant finals.
The NSW Inter-Region Sides Championships are the pinnacle events for individuals to represent their Region at both Open and Senior level. The Inter-Region Sides Championships form part of the NSW State Selection pathway events with many players wanting to perform and push their claims for higher representative honours.
All 16 Regions within NSW are represented, with players selected by their Regions through competition results and trial matches. The 2026 Inter-Region Sides Championships (Men’s & Women’s) were held on 6-8 February 2026 at Evans Head and Yamba bowling clubs. Riverina Murray women came third in our section 👏🏻
