Karuah & District RSL Club is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team.
This position plays a key role in the Club’s daily financial and operational administration, supporting compliance, accuracy and smooth system operations within a busy club environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily balancing of tills, gaming, EFTPOS and safe reconciliations
• Preparation of banking and investigation of discrepancies
• Operating and reconciling POS and gaming systems including reporting
• New and Existing Club Membership Maintenance
• Accounts Payable Supplier Invoice, Payments and Reconciliation
• Providing Customer Service and General Administrative Support
Advantageous:
• Experience using SENPOS and EBET systems
• Understanding of the NSW Club Legislative framework
Essential Requirements:
• Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software
• Strong customer service skills – this is at times a customer-facing role
• Ability to learn and embrace new technologies in an administrative environment
• High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail
About the Role:
• Casual, Part Time or Full Time including some Nights and Weekends
• Flexible work hours with a variety of shifts available
