This week’s beer spotlight is our Tropical XPA 🍻 So we’re sharing a simple recipe you can try this holiday season — Chilli & Spinifex XPA Mussels.
You’ll need fresh mussels, olive oil, garlic, red chilli, smoked paprika, lemon zest, a cold can of Tropical XPA, fresh herbs, cracked pepper and plenty of crusty bread.
All you have to do is sizzle the garlic and chilli, add the zest and XPA, then steam the mussels until they open. Finish with herbs and dig in. Would you give this one a try? 😋
