10 days until Christmas! Celebrate with this delicious twist on the classic scone recipe, shared by our very own John Gibbs, Brand Ambassador. Using Dunes Ginger Beer, these scones are light, fluffy, and perfect with cream and your favourite jam.

Quick rundown:

– Mix 4.5 cups self-raising flour with 300ml cream and 1 can of Dunes Ginger Beer.

– Gently combine, roll out, and cut into 5–6cm scones.

– Bake at 190°C for 15–20 mins until lightly golden.

– Serve warm with whipped cream and jam (strawberry, fig, lemon myrtle… your choice!)

Tip: Make a cuppa or pop open another Dunes Ginger Beer for the perfect festive treat!
