A couple of action shots from a drama filled afternoon yesterday. We hosted our Men’s Club Championship Final with 8 members going head to head in an 18 hole matchplay battle in their respective grades.
Our overall Club Champ was Robbie Lancaster, defeating number 1 seed and defending champion Jake Hallinan 2up. Their match was one for the ages, going up the 18th hole with a big crowd in tow. Congrats @rrobbielancaster on your 1st Club Championship.
A Reserve was won by Clint Smith, with a dominant 8&6 performance over Dave Gray. B Grade was taken by one of our rising junior talents, Lachie Mooney. He had a hard fought 2 up victory over Andrew Cropp. In our final close battle, Werner Struwig triumphed in C Grade winning 3&2 over Sam Marks.
