Woolooware Men’s Major Pennant Team earn promotion to Division 2! 👏

Wow, what an absolute massive effort from the team, our Manager, our caddies and the many supporters who travelled out to Mac Links today to watch us. The 4 – 3 semi final victory promotes us to Div 2 for 2027, and books us a place in the Pennant Final at NSW GC next Sunday.

Jake, Dax, Jamo and Kurt secured our 4 today. Special mention to Kurt holding his nerve under the weight of the entire club, winning his match on the 3rd extra Hole of sudden death.

Commiserations to Randwick – a great fight and a fitting finish for 2 very evenly matched clubs!

Today, the Bronze 1 Pennant team played a home game, and as the picture shows, they were all waiting for Trish to come in for a result. With two wins and two losses, Trish’s square squared the match with Oak Point.

The team players were Di Barakat, Geraldine Earl, Karen Parker, Sandy Crestani, and Trish Huthwaite.

All the visiting teams were very impressed with the lunch served by the club.
