Our Ladies have been out and about again!
Yesterday Jen Delaney, Alison Wyatt, Fiona Almond & Audrey Buckley travelled to Merriwa GC for their Open Day and were welcomed with perfect weather
Fiona Almond won Div 3 NTP and Alison Wyatt won scratch in Div 2, a great day was had by all
Well done again Ladies!
Congratulations “Fambam” on a big win at Trivia last night!
Runners up were our birthday girl Sarah’s team “The Buffers”!

A huge thankyou to the volunteer crew for planting some new trees at the back of the 7th green, these are all non-invasive and will provide protection from errant balls off the 14th tee
Shoutout to Tony Rock for utilising the “Slush Fund” from can collection to fund these plants as well as Mt Dyrring Wholesale Nursery for supplying them

Members have been sent out an email today regarding the course works update, summary as follows:
The course has been deemed too wet to carry out the course works from this Sunday, so we will be pushing the works to the following week (weather permitting)
Sunday 14th through till Saturday 20th September – Course open as normal
Sunday 21st through till Tuesday 23rd September- Course closed for creek works
Wednesday 24th September – Course Open!

Our Ladies were out and about again on a perfect Spring day today, with a full dozen representing Singleton at the Kurri Ladies Open Day
Fiona Almond came away with a win in Division 3 with a great score of 41 points!
Fiona’s mum coming down from QLD won a ball along with Di Nowland!
Our fearless Captain Jen Delaney never comes away empty handed as she won the NTP on both 6th & 17th holes
In the aim to reduce wear & tear on our teeboxes, the Course Committee have introduced forward Yellow Tees for all social play. All Members and guests are encouraged to play from these tees when playing socially
